Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Anstruther Hair and Beauty Salon in Reigate. Please review our terms and conditions to understand the policies and guidelines that govern your use of our services.
Our terms and conditions outline important information regarding appointments, cancellations, payments, and the use of our website.
We are dedicated to providing a transparent and professional experience for all our clients. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Appointments
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrival may result in a shortened appointment time. Services / Treatments will be charged at full price.
Cancellations
- To cancel or change an appointment a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. Otherwise 50% of your service / treatment cost will be charged. Appointments missed will be charged at the full price.
- Appointments booked out for more than 3 hours require a minimum of 72 hours notice or will be charged at full price.
Courses
All courses must be paid in full at the time of booking and completed within 6 months and are non refundable. Missed appointments twill result in a treatment deducted from your course.
Deposits
We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment, any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy.
Gift Vouchers
Available for all treatments, are non refundable and must be produced at the time of your treatments. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the day of purchase.
Refund and Exchanges
- Products must be returned unused unopened with there seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Anstruther. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used and is not in the exact condition which it was purchased from us.
- This does not effect your statuary rights.
